الصادر ضده الحكم انفصل عن إدارة المجموعة ولا يشغل أي منصب تنفيذي

في تصريحات خاصة لـ ( بوابة الوطن المصري ) أكدت مجموعة شركات مصر إيطاليا العقارية أنه وفي ضوء الحكم القضائي الصادر مؤخرًا ضد المهندس محمد هاني العسال، تؤكد المجموعة أن من صدر ضده هذا الحكم، هو أحد المساهمين في الشركة، تبلغ حصته 13%، وقد انفصل تمامًا عن إدارة الشركة، ولا يشغل أي منصب تنفيذي في أي من شركات المجموعة ، وبالتالي فإن هذا الحكم القضائي صادر ضده بصفته الشخصية وليس بصفته السابقة عن الشركة ولا يمت بصلة للشركة أو بإدارتها الحالية.
وتشدد الشركة على احترامها الكامل لأحكام القضاء المصري الشامخ، والتزامها التام بعدم التعليق على تفاصيل تلك الأحكام، امتثالاً لأحكام القانون، مع التأكيد على أن هذه المسألة لا تؤثر على أعمال الشركة أو استراتيجياتها أو التزاماتها بأي شكل من الأشكال.
